Your child must be at least 2.5 years of age and the Center must have availability. Enrollment can occur anytime during the year, as long as an opening is available.  Priority enrollment is given to working parents, parents in school or job training, children with special needs, and children referred by the Department of Human Services.

We encourage parents to fill out an application as early as possible, to be kept on file for the first available slot.  A parent/child intake must be completed prior to enrollment.

Parents may come at any time to find out more about the program. Come visit during our weekly infant/toddler play group, which is free, and open to any island family. PICW holds an annual open house.
