What are the fees involved? All parent fees are based on family income and size and are assessed through a sliding fee scale in accordance with The Dept. of Human Services. We are a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization. We rely on DHS, Community Service Center, City of Portland, County of Cumberland, United Way and private donations to fund the center and help subsidize parent and program fees. |
